On this week's episode of Inside the Headset we discuss creating buy-in and discipline with nutrition and strength and conditioning.
In the first segment we talked with Utah State University's Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Dave Scholz. Scholz is in his 8th year overall with the Aggies and he has also with the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona State University. He shared the process of getting players to eat properly, a couple key supplements student-athletes should be taking, and the importance of sleep.
